You have defined three columns in the INSERT INTO statement – but the SELECT only provides two.

Change your code to so you’re not inserting values into your IDENTITY column:

INSERT INTO #TEMPTABLE(CARDNO, OFFICEPUNCH) 
    SELECT CARDNO, OFFICEPUNCH 
    FROM [Tempdata]
