[Solved] Replace all blackslashes with forward slash [duplicate]

You should assign result of replacement:

var res = variable. Replace("\\", "https://stackoverflow.com/"); //  you need "\\" because "\" is escape symbol.

or

var res = variable.Replace(@"\", "https://stackoverflow.com/");
