By using Graphics.DrawLine, for example:

public void DrawLinePoint(PaintEventArgs e)
{

    Pen blackPen = new Pen(Color.Black, 3);

    // Create points that define line.

    Point point2 = new Point(500, 100);   

    // Draw line to screen.

}
