[Solved] Cannot add PPA: ‘ppa:~ubuntu-desktop/ubuntu/ubuntu-make’

Try to run sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

If still does not work, then run: sudo -E add-apt-repository ppa:ppaname/ppa
