I rectified that above and got error on below

    $results = $result->fetchAll();
    $rows = array();
    if ($results->rowCount > 0) {
        while($row = $results->fetch(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC)){
            $rows[] = $row;
        }
        return $rows;
    }
    return "NO_DATA";
}
