you must have a variable at class level like this

data: any ;

constructor() {
}

 getData() {
  let request = new XMLHttpRequest();

  request.onload = this.manageData.bind(this);
  request.send();
 }

 resolveData(ev){
    this.data = JSON.parse(ev.target.response);
    console.log(this.data);
