  • Part A : Apply for all establishments
  • Part B : Apply for Mines Act 1952

2. Form B : Format For Wages Register

3. Form C : Format Of Register Of Loan / Recoveries

4. Form D : Format Of Attendance Register

5. Form E : Format Of Register Of Rest / Leave / Leave Wages

As per latest decision taken by government the burden to employers will decrease. There are nearly 5.86 crores establishments are present in India which includes both Agriculture and non agricultural sectors. Among them 4.54 crores establishments are only non agricultural establishments. Now all the establishment are going to get benefit of this decision.

This decision actually taken in November 2016 and circulated to all ministries and departments. So with in few days all the 56 registers will be replaced by 5 common registers. Government is digitalising all these registers and they will be available in Shram Suvidha Portal Soon. Employers can download all those registers for free of  cost from Shram Suvidha Portal in few days.

This is very good step taken by central government of India , it reduces consumption of time and energy for employer s. By using these new digitalised registers all establishments which are under various acts such as Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 , The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 and The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979.

These laws also include The Mines Act, 1952, The Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, The Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1976 and The Working Journalists and Other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1955.Hope these new registers will be available to employers soon in Shram Suvidha Portal.
