Here are some issues I found.
\n1. Don’t use struct<\/code> when referring to variable types.
\nIncorrect: void getTime(struct Time *time)<\/code>
\nCorrect: void getTime(Time * time)<\/code><\/p>\n

    Pass by reference, not pointer:
    void getTime(Time& time)<\/code> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    You need to use either .<\/code> syntax to refer to members or -><\/code>:
    cin >> time->hours;<\/code> \/\/ if passed by pointer.
    cin >> time.hours;<\/code> \/\/ if passed by reference.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Don’t use type names when referring to variables.
    \nIncorrect: if ((int time.hours >= 0)<\/code>
    \nCorrected: if ((time->hours >= 0)<\/code> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Remember “.” access when passed by reference, “->” when using pointers. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
