In the past I tried to use the Wrench library, which has a Symfony bundle :<\/p>\n

https:\/\/github.com\/varspool\/WebsocketBundle<\/a><\/p>\n

This is a wrapper for the Wrench library, which allows you to create websocket applications.<\/p>\n

It seems to be quite simple to configure :<\/p>\n

# app\/config\/config.yml\nvarspool_websocket:\n    servers:\n        default: # Server name\n            listen: ws:\/\/192.168.1.103:8000 # default: ws:\/\/localhost:8000\n\n            # Applications this server will allow\n            applications:\n                - echo\n                - multiplex\n\n            # Origin control\n            check_origin: true\n            allow_origin: # default: just localhost (not useful!)\n                - \"example.com\"\n                - \"development.localdomain\"\n\n            # Other defaults\n            max_clients:             30\n            max_connections_per_ip:  5\n            max_requests_per_minute: 50\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
Then you declare your WS application as a service.<\/p>\n
