I think I found why. That is because there are some nan<\/code> in dpd.txt<\/code>.<\/p>\n

And nan<\/code> is unable to compare:<\/p>\n

float('nan') > 1 # False<\/code> while float('nan') < 1 # False<\/code><\/p>\n

So this totally breaks comparison.<\/p>\n

If you change your key compare function to:<\/p>\n

def _key(id_):\n    import math\n    result = -dpd[index_map[id_]], id_.lower()\n    if math.isnan(result[0]):\n        result = 0, id_.lower()\n    return result\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
