First of all, this code is incorrect:<\/p>\n

List<users> userList = getUsers();\n\npublic class user\n{\n   string Name;\n   string Country;\n   DateTime EnrollmentDate;\n}\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
List<users><\/code> should be List<user><\/code>. Next to that, the Name<\/code>, Country<\/code> and EnrollmentDate<\/code> should be marked public<\/code> in order to be accessed.<\/p>\n
The same goes for the return type of the extract unQualifiedUsers<\/code>-method (which is invalid because a method name cannot contain any spaces.<\/p>\n
List<user> uqUserList = new List<list>();<\/code> doesn’t compile either because you are trying to make a List of list (?). List<user> uqUserList = new List<user>();<\/code> will work. <\/p>\n
The line uList = uList.Except(uqUserList).toList();<\/code> is redundant because the .Where<\/code> already does the filtering (and it is incorrect code. ToList<\/code> has a capital T. <\/p>\n
And at last, your filtering logic is incorrect. You want all the users that have been enrolled for less than 5 days.<\/p>\n
Fixing all these issues, would result in the following code:<\/p>\n
List<user> extractunQualifiedUsers(List<user> uList)\n{\n    return uList.Where(u => u.Country == \"Canada\" && WeekDayBetweenDates(u.EnrollmentDate, DateTime.Now) < 5).ToList();\n}\n\n\npublic class user\n{\n    public string Name;\n    public string Country;\n    public DateTime EnrollmentDate;\n}\n<\/code><\/pre>\n
