Many of them look like typos, but the serious errors are<\/p>\n<p>Not using the template parameter <code>T<\/code> in your function signature. This is the reason <code>half(tb)<\/code> did not compile since your version of <code>half<\/code> always expected an <code>int<\/code>.<\/p>\n<p>Not understanding that in your constructor <code>student = student;<\/code> is just assigning a variable to itself.
