(It only does when combined with FETCH FIRST\/LIMIT\/TOP etc.)<\/p>\n<p>The solution is to use a correlated sub-query to find the heaviest fish for the &#8220;main query&#8221;&#8216;s current row&#8217;s username, location, species combination.
