PF Withdrawal Process Without Employer Signature

Introduction

The process of withdrawing money from a Provident Fund (PF) account without the signature of an employer is a relatively simple one. It is important to note that this process is only available to those who have already left their job and are no longer employed by the company. This process is also known as the ‘non-refundable withdrawal’ process. It allows individuals to withdraw their PF balance without the need for their employer’s signature. This article will provide an overview of the process and the necessary steps to complete it.

PF Withdrawal Process Without Employer Signature

The process for withdrawing funds from a PF account without an employer signature depends on the type of withdrawal being made.

For a partial withdrawal, the employee must submit a written request to the EPFO office along with a copy of their PAN card, bank account details, and a cancelled cheque. The EPFO will then verify the details and process the withdrawal.

For a full withdrawal, the employee must submit a written request to the EPFO office along with a copy of their PAN card, bank account details, and a cancelled cheque. The EPFO will then verify the details and process the withdrawal. The employee must also submit a self-declaration form stating that they have no dues to the EPFO. Once the EPFO has verified the details, the withdrawal will be processed.

There are Two ways to withdraw PF without employer signature, the first one is the online method and the second one is the offline method by submitting EPF composite claim form aadhar. But remember for these Two methods your KYC details like Aadhar number, bank account number and PAN number (not mandatory for claims below 50000 Rs) should be linked with your UAN number.

My suggestion is while you are working in a company be sure that your KYC details are linked and approved by your employer, because once your KYC details are approved with digital signature of your employer then you don’t need to depend on them for any reason.

3 Important Rules to Withdraw PF Without Employer Signature

2 Bank account details like a/c number & IFSC code must be linked with UAN
