About PF Form 19

How to fill PF form 19

PF form 19 is used to withdraw PF contributions of employee and employer(12% of employee & 3.67% of the employer). Generally after Two months from the last date of working employees can able to withdraw their PF amount.

PF form 19 is used for both offline PF withdrawal and online PF withdrawal. For online claims, EPF members need to claim for form 19 in UAN member portal.

About PF Form 10C

PF form 10C  is used to claim pension amount of employee i.e 8.33% contribution of the employer. EPF members are eligible to claim their pension amount before 10 yrs of contribution.

After 10 years they can’t able to withdraw their pension amount by submitting PF form 10C, they will get this amount after retirement (after 58 years) as a monthly pension.

If EPF members don’t continue employment after 10 years of service then they can take a pension scheme certificate, and by using that scheme certificate they can get the monthly pension after 58 years of age.

EPF Composite Claim Form Aadhar

EPF composite claim form Aadhar is a new PF withdrawal form and it is a replacement of old PF forms like PF form 19, PF form 10C and PF form 31. (But still, you can use old PF forms to withdraw your PF amount)

PF Transfer Form 13

PF form 13 is used to transfer PF amount from one PF account of the EPF member to another PF account of the EPF member.

Nowadays due to the initiations from the Employee Provident Fund Organization PF transfers are happening automatically but for that Aadhar number of the EPF member should be linked with UAN of the EPF member.

If Aadhar number is not linked with all EPF member Ids of an EPF member then still they need to submit form 13 to transfer their PF amount to the new EPF account.

PF form 10 D is used to claim the monthly pension by nominees when the EPF member dies. The nominees such as wife or children or other family members who are mentioned as nominees of EPF members need to submit PF form 10D to claim the monthly pension.
