If you have submitted an online PF withdrawal, transfer or advance claim request, you can cancel it by logging into your UAN portal.
1. Log in to your UAN portal using your UAN and password.
2. Click on the ‘Manage’ tab.
3. Select the ‘Online Services’ option.
4. Click on the ‘Cancel Request’ option.
5. Select the request you want to cancel and click on the ‘Cancel’ button.
6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the ‘Yes’ button.
Your request will be cancelled and the amount will be credited back to your PF account.
Till now there is no direct online provision to cancel PF withdrawal or transfer requests, but you can try by raising a request on EPF grievance portal to cancel your PF claim request (or) you need to contact your EPF regional office.

How to Cancel Online PF Withdrawal or Transfer or Advance Claim Request
Step 1:- Go to EPF grievance portal and click on register a grievance. Now enter your UAN number and type the security code. Now click on get details option and again click on get OTP. Now an OTP will send to your EPF registered mobile number. Now enter that OTP.
Step 2:- Now select your gender, country, state and again enter the security code. After selecting all the details click on your PF member id.
Step 3:- Now a popup window will open, there enter your PF account number and select grievance related to as PF office and grievance category as final PF withdrawal and type the below message in the description box and finally click on Add.
“Dear EPFO team,
I have applied for online PF withdrawal at UAN member portal on 01 July 2019, but due to some problems I want to cancel the claim, but I did not find any option to do that.
So I am requesting you to please cancel my online claim request.”
Step 4:- Now your grievance will appear under grievance details, if you want to edit or delete you can do here, if everything is fine then click on submit.

Step 2: Go to the Online Services Section

Step 3: Select the PF Withdrawal/Transfer/Advance Claim Request
On the Online Services page, select the ‘PF Withdrawal/Transfer/Advance Claim Request’ option. This will take you to the page where you can view all the requests you have made.
Step 4: Select the Request You Want to Cancel
On the page, you will be able to view all the requests you have made. Select the request you want to cancel and click on the ‘Cancel’ button.
Step 5: Confirm the Cancellation
You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to confirm the cancellation of your request.
Step 6: Check the Status of Your Request
Once you have confirmed the cancellation, you can check the status of your request by going back to the ‘PF Withdrawal/Transfer/Advance Claim Request’ page. The status of your request should now be ‘Cancelled’.
